Dear Prospective Sponsor,
The Mt. Lebanon Girls Softball Association is preparing for its 2012 season. The association provides an opportunity for girls in grades 1 through 12 to participate in organized league play of slow or fast pitch softball. There are 5 different levels of competition based on age/grade level along with Travel Team participation for fast pitch and tournament play for slow pitch. We feel these programs are very beneficial to the girls and provide them with a recreational activity where they can have good, clean, competitive fun, make new friends, and at the same time, learn the basic fundamentals of playing together in a team sport.
Over the years we have relied on the support of community businesses like yours to help defray the cost of providing these programs to the girls of our community. Your $175 tax-deductible sponsorship fee, along with a registration fee from each child, greatly assists our organization.
We hope that we can look forward to your sponsorship. If you are willing to lend your financial support to the program, and we sincerely hope that you will, please fill out the Sponsorship Information Form in the next panel.
You have the opportunity to choose the shirt color and wording for your team shirts. Your sponsorship name will appear on the back of the shirts above the number for the highest visibility. Our printer can provide help in this area upon request. A link to your business website will appear via the Mt. Lebanon Girls Softball Association website.
